Social media is a great avenue to get more comments within a blog or on a website so that customers, potential customers and site visitors can weigh in on topics and show their enthusiasm for a particular topic or brand.

Social media is ongoing. It will go on with or without you, so you might as well cave into the inevitable and start letting it help you instead of fighting it.
